Scope Of Work

The interior restoration of the Cooke county Courthouse included ornate plaster ceilings and finishes. The interior doors, transoms, and windows were restored or replicated. A 22’ x 22’ stained glass skylight was removed, restored and reinstalled. New floor finishes were added and while some concrete areas were restored with colored wax. The terrazzo floors in the lobby were restored and cracks repaired. Courtroom millwork and furnishings were replicated and restored. ADA up-grades to the restrooms integrated new tile finishes with the old finishes. A new access stairway was also added that required cutting the existing concrete floors and adding structural support. A complete chilled water A/C system with DDC controls was installed. New electrical, fire alarm, fire sprinkler and phone system were upgraded.
