Size: 6 stories – 108 units
TRYP by Wyndham is located in Pittsburgh’s Lawrenceville neighborhood. The existing building housed the City of Pittsburgh Trade School, Franjo Construction renovated it to become a boutique hotel. It now has a fitness center, 2 bars/restaurants, a conference center.
The project won an AIA Award: “Certificate of Merit” in the Large category of the 2019 AIA Pittsburgh awards.
