Franjo Construction renovated this 8-story building into a 58-unit condominium building. The project included build-out of a 2-story 57-space podium style parking garage. High ceilings, from 9 to 14 feet, private balconies give residents panoramic views of the Allegheny Downtown. Amenities include a rooftop terrace, cozy lobby with fireplace seating, secure bike storage.
