Franjo Construction completed the construction of this new 3-story apartment building located in the heart of Oakland. The building contains (5) 1- and 2- bedroom units with 12′ ceilings and laundry in all units. A fire safety and sprinkler system has been installed. Residents enjoy fully-equipped kitchens, 8’ windows, and other design details.
