Scope Of Work
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Two-level 15,000 sq. ft. addition to 25-year-old facility. The new Center for Cancer Research includes 20,000 sq. ft. renovation to the facility for grant research for the foundation and a 20,000 sq. ft. upgrade renovation. Complete MEP, Fire Alarm, and IT integration for the entire facility.
PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
Over four phases, we completed the addition, renovation of existing office space into graduate student work areas and labs, and a new “distance learning” classroom for remote classroom outreach programs. The project remained in operation throughout the construction time frame. Spaces became operational as each phase was completed.
