Hard Bid. 5,350 sq. ft. Addition of Office Space and 28,750 sq. ft. of Interior Renovation. Architect: Wellner Architects
PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
Project was the addition and renovation of the main office complex at the Energy Center. Job involved phasing to maintain normal day to day operations of the facility. Unforeseen conditions of underground utilities not being where drawings said they were located put a strain on the schedule, but the project was completed on time.
