PROJECT DESCRIPTION
KBS Teamed with KU DCM, Dennis O’Rourke, Sabatini Architects and Clark Enersen Partners to provide Preconstruction Services, Early Procurement packages for laboratory casework and entered into a GMP CM Construction Agreement. The highly technical installation integrated numerous certifications of the construction process and systems. ISO Level 6 certification clean room requirements for the project added challenging levels of coordination of building materials and finishes. Professor O’Rourke’s team worked with the Design team and set a high level of expectation and KBS was pleased to exceed expectations with the successful completion of the project.
