Dakota Contractors, LLC was established in 1998 by long time real estate developer Steve Selig and his son Blake Selig. Dakota is both an interior SPECIALTY contractor and exterior commercial BUILDING contractor. Dakota has evolved into a leader in customer service by taking care of small and quick projects, as well as ground up and large renovations providing a wide range of possibilities to all of our clients. Dakota has since  added a complete Service & Painting Divisions to meet our clients demands. 

Dakota strongly embraces team concepts and has assembled top-notch professionals to provide the highest level of customer service to the client. Dakota believes the approach to its work and combination of talents distinguishes the company within Atlanta’s contracting industry.

In the last thirteen years Dakota has completed over 1,300 projects ranging from interior renovations to ground up development.
