Scope Of Work
WINMAR Construction St. Anselm's first restaurant in the Washington, DC area. The project is within the newly developed historic Union Market district. Construction challenges included site logistics with heavy construction traffic in this newly developed area, with multiple construction projects happening simultaneously. We coordinated our project with EDEN Development to ensure we met the ’s schedule on time and on budget. The restaurant has received rave reviews that include positive comments on how well the space looks.
