Scope Of Work
Thriving amongst the Bal Harbour Shops on Miami’s stellar beach this classic French inspired fare meets with a Mediterranean twist. WINMAR was the contractor of choice for this third inspiration of Stephen Starr’s brasserie concept.
The close relative to the Diplomat which was a historic preservation project that was the District of Columbia of Excellence in Historic Preservation in Design + Construction for the magnificent design developed by Stokes Architecture and the construction by WINMAR DC.
