Scope Of Work
WINMAR built this space next to the Nationals Stadium in Washington DC. The space includes over 4,000 SF on interior restaurant and bar space and over 7,000 SF of exterior patio space used for a beer garden. We installed a NanaWall that is used to open up the exterior space to the outdoor courtyard with waterfront views. Construction challenges included coordination of the interior wood ceiling and exterior canopy to properly aligned, which required relocation of duct work. The space was in an occupied residential building with restricted work hours. Construction logistics were challenging due to resticted subcontractor parking and coordinated delivery of materials.
