Scope Of Work

This sophisticated custom-built home in prestigious Coral Gables was designed in a French Eclectic, hybrid Colonial style, partially inspired by the cottages of rural France. The expansive single-level family residence offers volume ceilings, four bedrooms and a maid’s quarter, as well as formal dining room and library with ceiling-height bookshelves and with traditional wood floors. The exterior shutters and pitched roof enhance the rustic warmth exuded by this elegant estate – a perfect example of Brodson’s more traditional, classic work.
