Scope Of Work
Structural Renovation of Historic Hotel: Full structural renovation of the 8,000 square foot, 3-level Sunshine Motel, built in 1939 and located in historic Mimo District. Converted in order to accommodate corporate headquarters and Test Kitchen concept for Miami-based restaurant group, 50 Eggs.
