Scope Of Work

Situated in Miami’s historic Collins Waterfront district, the site is located between Pine Tree Drive and the Indian Creek Canal. In response to this, the design by world-renowned South African firm SAOTA, is conceived as a self-contained, multi-layered landscape of experiences which takes advantage of both Miami’s tropical climate as well the site’s sought-after views over the canal toward the Atlantic Ocean and Miami Beach.
