Scope Of Work

Historically registered as a home of "Architectural Significance" by the City of Miami Beach, this Sunset Island residence included the complete renovation of an existing house with additional square footage of new construction. Areas featured in the new plan included: a state of the art movie viewing library, soaring silver leaf ceilings, a cabana with plaster-replica palm trees in a groined vaulted ceiling plan, and a second level guest quarter's wing fashioned to resemble state rooms found on a custom cruise ship.
