Scope Of Work
The Goddard School has been teaching and nurturing children across the country for nearly 30 years. Goddard School Lakeville is one of five Goddard Schools in the Minneapolis-St. Paul Area. They focus on fun while learning, and individualized development through educational enrichment programs, and specially trained teachers. The school’s flagship program is its STEAM program (science, technology, engineering, arts, mathematics). The school will also serve as a daycare for those living in the community of Lakeville.
The Goddard School Lakeville is an 8,000 square foot, single-story, school. The design-build project envelope consists of wood frame construction, brick, and shingle roof and vinyl window. The interior consists of multiple classrooms fitted with painted walls, VCT flooring and ACT ceilings.
The school held its grand opening ceremony in January 2016.
