Scope Of Work
Located in the center of campus, the 50,000 SF Waugh Student Center at Vanguard University contains a café, bookstore, fitness center, and student recreational center. The two-story, steel frame, student union facility is designed to be the heart of the campus and a space for holistic academic and spiritual development. The open-air space serves as an inviting “living room” experience. The building also includes a student lounge with fireplace, trellised roof deck with fireplace, and a two-story outdoor dining and gathering area.
