Scope Of Work
KVG transformed this former stand alone Auto Center, on the shopping center´s prime Outlot location, into a multi-tenant Retail Center. We provided several floor plan options & exterior elevations including the related cost estimates for each option. KVG replaced over half of the wall sections and replaced the entire roof to accommodate the typical retail tenant footprints. We also refaced and increased the parapets to create a more noticeable & attractive building profile. As a result of KVG´s efforts, the developer has more than doubled the income from this property since its repositioning.
