Scope Of Work
These buildings service Pinehurst Farms, Wisconsin’s only Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, which is on Golf Digest magazine’s list of the top 100 public golf courses in America.
The Heritage House and Club House
The attractive, matching exteriors of these two buildings are of cedar and fieldstone, with doors, wainscoting and finishes of knotty pine. The Heritage House, featuring a complete bar and food service, is available for special events like weddings, business meetings, and conventions. Inside, guests are treated to a rustic wood and timber frame construction. The Club House features locker rooms, offices, a bar and restaurant.
The Maintenance Building
The western design of this 2-story building, accents The Bull and emphasizes the site’s agricultural background.
