Scope Of Work
Saco AEI Polymers chose Sheboygan as the location for its world headquarters and they chose Mike Koenig Construction as the General Contractor. The new 20,709 square foot office building contains both private and open office space, shared work areas, and flexible conference and meeting spaces. The building construction included steel column and beams, poured concrete floors and the exterior walls were constructed of 75% glass and Spandrel glass panels.
The new office is located on a campus with 180,000 square feet of existing manufacturing which Mike Koenig Construction has also completed additions and remodeling.
