Scope Of Work
Plymouth Utilities’ new 50,477 gross-square-foot facility is built on a 19-acre site located near the intersection on CTH PP and South Street on the city’s south side. The new operations center consolidates the utility’s office, garage and warehouse facilities from three other sites into this single location.
The new building, designed by Bray Associates Architects and reviewed by Energy Center of Wisconsin, incorporates a number of energy efficiency and conservation features, including geothermal heating and cooling and LED and fluorescent high performance lighting.
