Scope Of Work
More than a mile of sandy white beach and spectacular blue waters, a beautiful view of the lighthouse and South Pier. The 3,500-square-foot pavilion and outdoor patio was designed by Groth Architects of Cedarburg. The new building features an air-conditioned community center with a capacity for 60, which is used for area meetings or rented from the city for private gatherings, such as wedding receptions and family reunions.
