Scope Of Work
The TownePlace Suites by Marriott is a four-story, wood-framed structure that offers 87 guest rooms. Due to the compact site conditions, the property was designed in an atypical L-shaped pattern for a TownePlace property. By utilizing the L-shaped layout, a centralized courtyard was created between the main entry and the entrance into the interior swimming pool, which contains a fire pit and a grilling area for guest use. The exterior of the building is a combination of cultured stone and EIFS. Two separate retaining walls were incorporated to provide the parking area.
