Scope Of Work
The TownePlace Suites Marriott in Orlando is a six story, 132,270-square-foot hotel housing 188 rooms, located near SeaWorld Park. The hotel is constructed of a block and hollow core plank system with ancillary structural steel used for long span support. Exterior finishes consist of cast stone, EIFS and storefront glazing. EMJ also completed all site work and utility infrastructure as well as the exterior swimming pool and hardscape amenities. This property shares a site with the Holiday Inn Express & Suites, which was constructed concurrently by EMJ.
