Scope Of Work
EMJ built this four-story, 76,000-square-foot Marriott brand property. Offering 112 rooms, the property also includes dining, exercise and meeting spaces. The EMJ team constructed the hotel and performed all site work, including an outdoor saline pool and “Splash Pad” area with a shaded pergola, utility installation, grading, paving, and decorative hardscape.
