Project Overview
Behan Bros. is the selected Construction Manager for NewportFed Bank. Our recent projects include renovations to the Newport and Wakefield Rhode Island Branches, as well as new construction of branches in Stonington, Connecticut and Westerly and Portsmouth, Rhode Island. In all cases, Behan Bros. was engaged during the preconstruction phase for services such as budget and scope development, value engineering, subcontractor preselection and bidding and life-cycle cost/tradeoff comparisons. Behan Bros. engaged collaboratively with the owner, architect and engineers to develop the scope of work such that it met all project design and budget directives.
