Scope Of Work
20,016 SQFT Scope of Work includes but not limited to:
Concrete Cut & patch -Remove for underground plumbing, and electrical trenching, and put back. Excavate electrical trench,
Carpentry - Install Only, Doors, wall protection, and bathroom/tanning accessories
Roofing -Need patching around plumbing penetrations and exhaust fans
Storefront -Glass door for the Black Card Spa area
Acoustical Ceiling - Supply and install ACT
Framing & Drywall -Frame, Drywall, finish install blocking
Ceramic Tile -Labor to install tiles, materials & labor for water proofing and mudbeds
Vinyl Base -supply and install as needed
Floor Patch -Skim Coat entire floor ready for Rubber Floor install.
Painting -Paint Ceilings, walls, doors, and frames as per plans.
Sprinkler -Design build plan submit for permit
Plumbing -Install Owner Supplied Light fixtures, all gas piping as per plans, Inspections. Underground excavation.
HVAC -RTU's by Landlord, supply and install ductwork, supply and install bathroom exhaust fans
Electrical -Fixtures supplied by Planet Fitness, need separate cost for electrical panel supply
Fire Alarm -Design build plan submit for permit
