Scope Of Work
Philips Medical Systems contracted with CTG to renovate/build out Westchester Medical Center’s new Hybrid OR Suite. The project consisted of highly sophisticated MEP services, a “Maquet” finish wall and ceiling system manufactured in Germany, and a rooftop penthouse structure. In addition to the Hybrid OR room, support areas also constructed included Control, Patient Prep, Sub-Sterile, Clean Utility, Soiled Utility, Pump, Storage, and IT/Data rooms.
The project also included seven (7) ceiling suspended booms with multiple services (i.e. medical gas columns, surgical lights, touch screen monitors, emergency power outlet columns, ultrasound, cameras, etc.).
