Scope Of Work

Renovation and additions to a 92,000-square-foot hospital. Additions include a vertical penthouse expansion, horizontal elevator, utility room expansions, and new parking. Renovations include window replacement, asbestos abatement, seismic reinforcement, exterior masonry repair and restoration, patient room renovations, new operating rooms, physical therapy, MRI port, and complete new mechanical/electrical systems.
