Scope Of Work
The Tedesco Country Club is one of the most prestigious country clubs in Massachusetts.
Each year the club hosts the Massachusetts Amateur Golf Tournament.
When it was time for a new clubhouse, and a requirement that the new facility be ready for the upcoming golf season, the Tedesco Country Club Board of Directors chose Groom Construction for the $8,800,000.00 project.
The project involved building a brand new 30,000 sq.ft. private golf clubhouse, starting with the complete demolition of the existing structure. The new shingle style building contains a large function room, four (4) dining rooms, a large high-end commercial kitchen, and member lounge area. The new clubhouse also has a library room, locker rooms with spa, sauna, steam shower, bars, fitness room, Pro Shop, and administrative offices.
