Scope Of Work
When the Village School in Marblehead, Massachusetts needed renovations of their 116,000 square foot school, they selected Groom for both the interior and exterior updates.
The project included a phased renovation including a new roof, new windows, MEP systems, handicap accessibility, asbestos abatement and site improvements.
