Scope Of Work
BWK Construction served as the Construction Manager for the fast-track renovation of the Dean of Students office in Jeremiah Smith Hall on the prestigious Phillips Exeter Academy campus. BWK worked closely with the PEA team and TMS Architects to rejuvenate the interior of the building. Improvements feature extensive millwork, and HVAC and electrical upgrades.
