Scope Of Work

BWK Construction served as the Construction Manager for the Beverly Bootstraps renovation and addition project. The three-story elevator provides handicap accessibility throughout the facility. The lower level has been transformed from a machine shop into a large food pantry, commercial kitchen and administrative offices. BWK worked closely with the owner on phasing and coordination to ensure that their existing thrift store operations were minimally affected. The improvements to their facility will enhance the breadth of their community outreach, which is the hallmark of Beverly Bootstraps’ mission.
