Scope Of Work
Renovation of an existing academic building, including new life MEP/FP, window replacement, new finishes throughout and multiple accessibility upgrades including a new 4-stop elevator cut into the existing facade. Challenges included temporarily shoring and underpinning the existing building to permit excavation of the elevator pit, more than 15’ below grade and 5’ below the existing foundation.
