Scope Of Work
This 200,000 square feet facility required the coordination of the construction phase with the owner’s own specialty contractors. Van Winkle Construction completed the general trades package despite a challenging schedule. Our scope included customer service areas, employee training and break areas, offices and security center. All car and truck parking and landscaping were also included in our scope of work.
