Scope Of Work
Van Winkle worked in conjunction with the architect as the “build” portion of the team to erect this design/build project. The new building contains a 500-seat sanctuary with audio-visual system and a fellowship space. There is a full kitchen with professional grade appliances, classrooms, nurseries, a playground and office space for the church. For future expansion, there is an 8,000 sf basement for additional classrooms. Site work included the 218-space parking area.
