Scope Of Work
Van Winkle is currently constructing a new independent senior living facility in Lawrenceville. The project consists of a 140,000 sf three-story, stick frame, independent living facility with 135 one- and two-bedroom apartments, a full commercial kitchen and dining room for community meals, a sports lounge, a card room, an arts and crafts room, and a library. The facility sits on a 19 acre site next to the Coolray Field Baseball Stadium.
