Scope Of Work
Van Winkle supervised the construction of this two-story 140,000 sf assisted living facility in Decatur. This new facility features 126 one- and two-bedroom units for senior occupants as well as a commercial kitchen, dining hall, reception area, and special nursing areas to ensure that the seniors receive the highest level of care. The facility also features extensive housekeeping amenities and mixed-use spaces for recreational and social programs. The Mansions provides all utilities, chef prepared meals, and housekeeping. The project included parking and paving work as well as landscaping.
