Scope Of Work

Neo-gothic sanctuary with seating for 1,500. As a value engineering item, we discovered that a tilt-up concrete structure was ideal for the construction of the building. The project scope also features a rear balcony in the sanctuary, 100-seat adoration chapel, choir practice area and a conversion of the previous sanctuary into a fellowship hall. This was the third project completed for St. Peter Chanel Catholic Church. The scope of the other two previous project included a classroom addition, renovations to office space and a complete renovation of the exterior of the building to correct water intrusion issues left by the previous contractor.
