The Greenville Holiday Inn Express is an 86 key, 49,000 square foot facility including a lobby, conference rooms, pool, gym, kitchen and dining area, and other various amenities. The project is located off Wade Hamilton Road. Our team provided Preconstruction services, logistics, value engineering, and scheduling.
Currently, the scheduled completion date for this project is December 2019.
