Scope Of Work
A new 8,400 SF Central Florida Headquarters for Trustco Bank was created by a complete exterior ‘face-lift’ which included new facades, decorative awnings, finishes with new landscaping. The interior was completely demolished to make way for a contemporary office with all new finishes on the interior. Uniquely, this facility includes both the regional Headquarters for Trustco, but also a branch bank as well giving it a dual purpose.
