Scope Of Work
Building restaurant prototypes at multiple locations simultaneously was a key to Mainstream’s success when building for the Denny’s brand from 1993 through 2000. Working for a franchisee, Mainstream provided pre-construction, budgeting, and general contracting services for 18 new restaurants and 50 remodeled units throughout the Southeast. All restaurants conformed to the prototype in place at the time.
