Scope Of Work
The second floor of a historic building was renovated for Litchfield Asset’s new offices. This space includes window walls, decorative fixtures, a wood burning stove, and upscale millwork. The upper level has a monitor that overlooks the Town green. Prior to undertaking this project, Caldwell & Walsh completed a movie theater renovation and retail space fit-out for this client.
