Scope Of Work
Major remodel to existing Roman bathhouse with warming pool showers, sauna, steam rooms and rest areas. New European spa complete with 27 treatment rooms, full-service salon, locker rooms, aerobics and strength training area, and retail shop. 30 new suites in three separate buildings. Expansion of meeting room facilities, restaurant, banquet kitchen, and main lobby entrance. New 202-space post-tension parking structure. Extensive landscaping with gardens and fountains. Array of domestic and imported materials. on schedule within an operational 5 star facility.
