Scope Of Work
General School Modernization and renovation includied ADA access and fire / life safety upgrades and voluntary structural upgrades to the existing building as well as replacement of doors and frames, including hardware and threshold conditions, upgrades to all building utility systems and infrastructure, renovation of all interior spaces including replacement of all window and glazing systems throughout including finish carpentry and trim, interior finishes and interior and exterior painting, replacement of all roofing and gutters / drains, as well as signage. Construction of a new 5-classroom building and associated support spaces and infrastructure including attached and freestanding walkway canopies, paving, and utility systems. Site work in all areas including strengthening of existing site retaining walls, play yard surfacing and striping and paving, fencing and gates, as well as signage.
