Scope Of Work

Increment 1: work consists of removal of two classroom / administration buildings with hazardous materials abatement, removal of site improvements (including concrete paving, parking lots, play equipment and site furnishings); remodel of existing Building L into a library and computer lab with new fire sprinkler system, lighting, finishes and mechanical ducting; relocation of 28 portable buildings and associated ramps from Irene Snow and El Centro campuses (by others); installation of new PC ramps at portable buildings (by others); water sanitary sewer, power and signal utility connections at portable buildings; fire alarm, tel / data systems at portable buildings; concrete retaining wall, stair and ramps at the Interim Campus; new asphalt parking lots and drive aisles; concrete retaining walls, stairs, ramps and paving; playground with asphalt overlay and striping; fencing and gates; site furnishings, including benches, bike racks, bike lockers and flag pole; trash enclosure; PC lunch shelter (by others); planting and irrigation; site utilities, including domestic water, fire protection water, sanitary sewer, gas, power and tel / data; stormwater drain inlets, piping and bio-retention system; site lighting; site utilities to within 5′ of modular building A, B. C, D, E, F, G and K; building pads for modular buildings A, B, C, D, E, F, G and K; new construction of Building M, including multi-purpose room, restrooms, warming kitchen and platform; off site improvements for Foster Road, including curb / gutter / sidewalk and new crosswalks. Increment 2: work consists of new construction of modular buildings (by others) and complete fire alarm, tel / data and AV systems.
