Scope Of Work
Demolition and Abatement of an existing building allowed us to create enough space for a new 506 seat theater, Control Rooms, Green Room, Make-Up Studio, Locker Rooms, Prop Storage, Band Room, Choir Room, Video Classroom & Video Studio. Unique features include Orchestra Pit with Lift, Full Rigging with Battens, Stage Lighting w/ Multi-Level Catwalks, Acoustical Clouds and Architectural Wall Panels and Sound Rated Glazing. Site work consisted of a new parking lot, two new quad areas, trash enclosure and utilities
