Scope Of Work
Miles & Kelley was awarded the contract to expand the existing main lobby as a make-ready project for the new South Tower. This project consists of expanding the existing North Tower Lobby by approximately 3,568 SF, with a valet “dropoff” and entry canopy. This lobby is to be used as a temporary Lobby entrance for the North Tower until the future South Tower is constructed, and will be converted to an Emergency Department upon completion of the tower. Jacobs Engineering (Owner’s construction manager), Owner, Architect and Contractor collaborated, resulting in a successful completion of the project.
