Scope Of Work
McGuire Builders took an iconic eatery, Mortons Steakhouse (corner of Melrose and Robertson, West Hollywood), and turn
it into an edgy, upscale, Italian bistro. The transformation includes an inviting terrace with a fully retractable roof, the Butterfly
Room (for private gatherings), a main dining area featuring a wood-burning oven and a spacious bar with a Venetian feel. The
project was completed ahead of schedule and ready for the pre-Oscar party festivities. (see publications)
