MS Square Construction was founded in 1998 to create a construction company that was rooted in innovative construction techniques and contracting to unite Owners and Clients with the infrastructure of their business.

Michael Smith started MS Square Construction after working for several of the largest commercial construction companies in the State and in the World. At the suggestion of those who worked under his command he founded MS Square in 1998. During the beginning stages, he worked tirelessly to create a legacy of excellence and a reputation that was unparalleled in the industry. Taking care of those that are the lifeblood of the industry, the subcontractors, he was able to tackle larger projects as the company grew. With meticulous attention to detail, he takes care of each project to ensure its success.

Christopher Smith began working with his dad, Michael in 2002. After working in the industry for years at one of the largest companies in the world, he moved to Phoenix to help grow and maintain MS Square Construction. The timing was perfect for the growth of the business. With the guidance of Christopher MS Square has grown to other segments of the construction industry including consulting, federal construction and real estate investing. Christopher continues to build clients through doing what is right and ensuring the project’s success.
